Handmade Products

  • Bonnie Dee Designs are handmade as described and presented. Minor imperfections are part of Siobhan’s design process.
  • Each piece is hand-forged and, as such, repeated lines may differ slightly from the images on the website.
  • Bonnie Dee Designs takes 2-4 working days to process orders.

Refunds

  • Bonnie Dee Designs products are guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship, and will be refunded only if the product is faulty.
  • Refunds will not be granted for minor imperfections that are part of Siobhan’s design process and handmade aesthetic.
  • If you seek a refund, please email within five (5) days of receiving the product.
  • Bonnie Dee Designs will not exchange or refund products that have been damaged or tainted due to misuse, accidental or normal wear and tear, or due to not being cared for correctly by the consumer.
  • Refunds will not be given if:
    • An incorrect size is ordered (e.g. ring measurement)
    • Colours do not match their intended purpose. Individual computers or software may cause colours to appear brighter or darker, and Bonnie Dee Designs does not accept responsibility for this.
  • If a refund is sought, products must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt in the same condition as they were received (i.e unused and undamaged).
  • Items to be refunded must be sent via traceable post (i.e. valid tracking number or registered post). Bonnie Dee Designs will not accept responsibility for lost items if they are not returned in this manner.
